Toronto - Dim Sum at China Town and Walk around Kensington Market 多倫多-飲茶在中國城之後在肯辛登市集走走After we put our luggage down, it is lunch time!!! Xiao-pang found this all day dim sum place in China Town. We hope this time it is the right choice Our hotel is pretty close to the China Town, so we walked there. 我們行李放好後立刻去吃中餐 小胖又跟著網路的介紹找到這家全天飲茶在中國城的餐廳 因為中國城離我們旅館很近 所以我們走路去 希望不要又踩到地雷Xiao-pang is trying to show that he is in China Town小胖照這張照的意圖是告訴大家他在中國城了The place looks ok, so we decided to give it a try. 餐廳看起來還可以 所以我們決定試試看We got seafood dumpling soup. It was the best. 我們點了海鮮湯包 很好吃 是這餐最棒的一道菜You can see shrimp inside. 可以看到蝦仁It still makes my mouth watery when I look at this picture. 看到這張照片 我還是口水直流Xiao-pang, slow down!!! Nobody is fighting with you小胖吃慢點 又沒人跟你搶Gotta to have shrimp wrap. 一定要點的蝦腸Xiao-pang's favorite - sesame ball. But he said it was ok, they are not very crispy. 小胖最愛的芝麻球 不過他說沒有很好吃 不脆了When you eat dim sum, you have to be fast. What I mean is if you see the waitress carries the dim sum dishes, and you want the dish, you have to wave her down immediately. Otherwise, if you wait for her to come to you, the other 20 tables in front of you already grab the dish. So if you are not fast, you don't eat. When the lady carried this dish walking around, I thouought it is a new dim sum dish that I have never had. I immediate call for her from the distance. But when she gets closer, I realized that it is just shrimp wonton. It was very plain. The moral of the story is that you have to be fast, but your eye sight also has to be good. 吃飲茶時手腳一定要快 不然等飲茶車到你桌時 好東西都沒了 因為前二時桌把好吃的都拿光了 所以我遠遠看到點心阿姨拿這道菜時 遠距離看以為是沒吃過的點心 我立刻叫她 說我要那道菜 她走近時我才看清楚是蝦餛飩 想不要已經來不及了 所以這個經驗是告訴大家吃飲茶手腳要快 但也要看清楚再點 這道菜十分無味Both of us love white carrot cake. They make it fresh there when you order it. It was good, but a little more crispy will be even better我們兩個都愛吃蘿蔔糕 這道是現點現做 很不錯 不過煎的再脆一點就更棒了Sweet tofu soup. Xiao-pang wanted it. I had a sip and it was pretty good. 小胖要點的豆腐花 我嘗了一口 不錯Of course we have to try their pork dumpling. This is a standard dish. From this dish you can know if this is a good dim sum restaurant or not. It was fresh, so the restaurant has passed the standard.當然一定要試的燒賣 從燒賣就可以知道飲茶餐廳的水準 連燒賣都做不好 別的點心就不用試了 這家餐廳算通過考驗After dim sum, we checked out the Kensington Market since it is right by China town. Kensington Market has a lot of different ethnicity food stores and has some pretty unique ethnicity restaurants.吃過飲茶我們去市集走走 這個肯辛登市集是由賣很多不同的國藉食品店組成的 還有一些特殊餐廳Like this store sells just dry fruit. We got our favorite dry mango and dry strawberry. 像這個店專賣乾果 我們買了我們兩愛吃的芒果乾還有草莓乾This store sells everything. I happened to take a picture of all the hot babes in here. 這家店賣雜七雜八的東西 我正好照了一張有在這個區火辣女孩的照片The store is huge; it has two floors這家店很大有兩層樓Xiao-pang is very excited shopping with me. 小胖跟我逛街逛的真是很興奮Here is one of the older neighborhood, so there are some unique old houses. 這裡是很古老的一區 所以很多房子建築很獨特Can you tell that the sign says Kensington Market?可以看的出這是肯辛登市集的標誌嗎Then we walked back to China Town and went in this Chinese mall called Dragon City. 然後我們走回中國城 這裡有一家百貨公司叫龍城It was nothing exciting in here. 裡面沒什麼特別We has to go into this Chinese souvenir store because there are so much junk stuff. 我們走進這家店的原因是因為有很多雜物可看I wanted to get this hat because it is only two dollars. But what would I need a hat for in Cleveland? The summer is so short in Cleveland. 我想買這頂帽子 因為只要台幣65元 不過我想買了到克里夫蘭能戴多久 夏天那麼短Xiao-pang has to try the bubble tea here. 小胖一定要試真珠奶茶Although I am smiling here, the bubble tea is pretty bad. I don't know what kind of tea they use, it tastes so bitter and the bubble is too soft and not chewy. 雖然我這張在笑 不過下一秒我眉頭都皺了起來 因為實在難喝 不知他們用的是什麼茶 很苦 真珠又軟趴趴的We walked back to the hotel. Our hotel is in the Fashion District, so you see a lot of brand name clothing store. 我們走回旅館 我們住的旅館是在流行區 所以在這裡可以看到很多名牌衣店It is so interesting to see the trolly driving on the street and there is railroad track on the road. 多倫多几乎每條路上都有軌道 因為電車要開在路上 .
